Needed a dairy and gluten free cake for work.
Could easily be made vegan by substituting the egg.
Mix:
1.5 dl cocoa powder
3 dl gluten free flour
2 tsp baking powder
Mix:
1 tbsp instant coffee powder
1tbsp hot water
Cream together:
5 eggs
3 dl sugar
0-1 dl brown sugar
Add and mix with all other ingredients:
1.5 dl oil
Melt together and stirr.
When cold, whip until fluffy.
100 gr dairy free chocolate
100 gr or 1 dl coconut cream
Sugar and vanilla to taste, optional
